Remember avocado green?
When purchased, this home had gold green paint, avocado trim, black shutters, beige and brown brick and a black asphalt roof!
The owners wanted an inexpensive change….so here’s what I did:
Using a photo of the house I can utilize computer technology to make changes in any area. Using these methods, it is not just a blue print and samples to view, but the owners can actually see what their home will look like.
As you can see, in this case I tried many types of components and colors until I found what would appeal to the owners.
The owners are provided with names of manufacturers of products, paint and stain color formulas and help with suppliers and contractors. In addition they will have an actual photo of the finished project to show painters, carpenters or carpenters, so that it can be replicated it perfectly.
THE FINISHED PRODUCT
After the owners approved the concept, a few adjustments were made, (raised panels under upstairs windows, new lighting fixtures and changing the front door), and presto, an exterior!
Window grids were installed in original windows, front & service doors replaced, the brick was stained the same color as the paint color, new light fixtures installed, and to top if off, a cedar shake roof.
