Originally this home had off white stucco with deep brown trim. The Spanish style arches blocked most of the sunlight from entering the house ( in Minnesota we need all the sun we can get). This style was no longer popular here and the buyers asked if I could help with a new exterior.

The new owners removed the 7 stucco aches from the garage and front of the house. A footing was added and brick applied. They put new supports at the edge of the walkway, installed shutters, window boxes, & new garage doors. The house was repainted a soft white to highlight the new brick. They also landscaped and added a new driveway, completing a remarkable transformation.
