PURCHASE AGREEMENT
When you list your home, you state your expectations and you invite a response. This response comes in the form of a purchase agreement telling you of the buyers expectations. Any offer you receive will be in writing; in most cases on a standard purchase agreement form. It will be presented by the buyer's Realtor, with your Kay Ireland, Inc. agent present. Your Realtor will review the terms of the purchase agreement with you and answer your questions. Once the terms of the purchase agreement are clear to you, you will be able to decide whether to accept the purchase agreement as presented, counter the purchase agreement or reject it. The purchase agreement becomes a sale when you and the buyer establish a meeting of the minds.
